Mission
Horyzont Finansowy was created from the belief that everyday financial decisions — budget, goals, loans, investments — deserve one coherent tool instead of scattered spreadsheets and notes. We link projects to real funding sources and treat security and access control as a foundation, not an add-on.
Initiator and project leadership
Piotr Działa
Initiator of Horyzont Finansowy, leads the development of the system.
Since 1996 in the public sector: leading IT teams, managing project portfolios and delivering IT projects (ERP and CRM implementations, EU-funded projects). Experience at Warsaw School of Economics (project coordinator), ARiMR (senior project manager in PMO), Medical University of Warsaw and university hospitals. Horyzont Finansowy combines this background with the need to organise personal and investment finances in one clear system.
Education: BEng in Computer Science (PJWSTK), Master in Management (WIT under PAN), postgraduate studies in IT project management (Warsaw School of Economics, University of Warsaw).
Certifications: PRINCE2® Foundation/Practitioner, Agile Project Management, P3O®, ITIL® Foundation, Change Management.
